Data controller

Laurianne Molinero-Perez (Lefevre), sole trader, SIRET 879 507 242 00011, 7 impasse Villa des Pins, 13600 La Ciotat, operates this website under the name Laurianne Service Conciergerie. For questions or to exercise your rights: support@laurianne-service-conciergerie.fr. Full legal and business details are provided in the legal notice on this website.

Contact form

The form collects your name, email, enquiry type and message. Your phone number is optional. This information allows us to respond and, if requested, prepare a service. Do not send sensitive data, identity documents or bank details.

Service enquiries are processed on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.

Messages are intended for Laurianne. They are sent through the domain’s Hostinger email service to Laurianne’s Gmail contact inbox. Hostinger and Google are involved in this delivery. KLL Solutions provides technical website maintenance.

Retention: enquiries that do not lead to further action are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. If a contractual relationship continues, necessary documents are retained for the periods applicable to that relationship and legal obligations. This also applies to copies held in email inboxes.

Security and logs

The form uses a technical session, a security token, server validation and submission limits. Technical identifiers used for these limits are pseudonymised and retained for a maximum of 48 hours. Application logs, without message content, are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Hostinger may keep its own logs for hosting security and operation, according to its policy.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and storage protect the form and remember your preferences. Your analytics choice is kept for 6 months, then requested again. A minimal record of your choice (date, version, random identifier and preference) documents consent and is retained for 6 months.

Google Analytics 4 loads only with your consent. Advertising tracking and Google Signals are disabled. No name, email, phone number or form message is sent to Analytics. Individual event data is retained for two months in Google Analytics. Automatic form interaction measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Analytics is disabled in the local preview. You can refuse without losing access to the website and withdraw consent at any time.

Anti-bot verification

The form uses an image code generated on our own server. The answer is checked within the session using a cryptographic hash, without a CAPTCHA provider or transfers to such a service. The code expires after two minutes and allows only one attempt. You can request another code or contact us directly by phone or email if you cannot read the image.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. Proportionate proof of identity may be requested if necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Providers and transfers

Hostinger and Google services may involve processing outside the European Union. Applicable safeguards depend on the service and may include an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. See the policies of Hostinger and Google. Refusing analytics prevents Google Analytics from loading.

External services

Links to Instagram and Facebook do not load their widgets on this website. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. External providers apply their own policies when you visit their websites.
